4/18 Auditions: Disney Descendants

Are you Rotten to the Core?

Westmont Performing Arts is seeking a large cast of ADULTS AND YOUTH (third grade and up) for Disney’s Descendants, the musical. Have you ever dreamed of being onstage with your family? Now is your chance.  Veteran director Cheryl Newman welcomes performers with all levels of experience. 

•  Monday, April 15, 2024  6:30-9:00P

•  Thursday, April 18, 6:30-9:00P

•  Sunday April 21, 1:00-2:30P, callbacks (by invitation) will be 3:00-5:00P

1. Please prepare 32 bars of a pop or musical theater song, and bring an accompaniment track.  You are welcome to sing from the show, but please do not rap for this audition
2. Be prepared to learn a brief dance combination

There will be 4 performances,  June 28-30, at Westmont High School.  

Rehearsals are tentatively set for Sunday afternoons, Tuesday  and Thursday evenings at the Park District Building, beginning May 6.  This may change based on availability.

We are also looking for help with set, costumes, lights, sound, crew and publicity.
