Xenia Demo

Xenia Demo is a certified WERQ instructor and has taught WERQ in the western Chicago suburbs since 2016. She loves providing a fun, energetic workout for all levels. Outside of the gym, Xenia has her own graphic design studio, is dedicated to her two boys, and enjoys gardening
