Rental Areas
Park Rental permits are done in person at the Community Center and must be done at least ONE WEEK in advance. Room rental permits are done in person at the Community Center and must be done at least TWO WEEKS in advance. Inquiries about availability and procedures can be made by calling 630.963.5252.
The Westmont Park District offers a variety of spaces that can be rented for gatherings both large and small. The following procedures, guidelines and fee schedule will outline the necessary steps in regard to usage of facilities. Requests should be signed by an adult 21 years of age or older who assumes responsibility for the activity. Fees are based on the facility, time and type of group or organization requesting the facility. Basic building and park hours are 8:00AM to 9:00PM Monday through Sunday. All fees are payable in full at time of reservation. A credit card security deposit is required at time of reservation. Prices subject to change. Alcohol is not allowed during park or room rentals unless you purchase a beer/wine insurance coverage through us for a flat rate of $150.
If User cancels the Agreement 30 days or more prior to the event, User will receive a refund of fees paid, less a $10 cancellation fee. If User cancels the Agreement less than 30 days prior to the event, User will not receive a refund of any fees paid. View Rules & Regulations
